Two months upfront, then 20% of every payment we collect
Logistivo Affiliate Programme The month a company you introduced buys its first plan, you receive an activation fee worth 2 months of that plan — paid upfront. For the following 23 months you earn a flat 20% of every payment we actually collect from them.
Why this becomes real income rather than a promise
Neither a one-off finder's fee nor a vague lifetime pledge: cash upfront, then a predictable tail.
Most of the money arrives in month one — In most referral programmes you wait out the first year. Here, the customer's first payment books an upfront amount worth 2 months of their plan — your work is paid in the month the deal closes, not spread thinly across a year.
A flat 20%: no tiers, no targets — The rate ignores the size of your portfolio, your monthly sales figure and the plan type. A one-person customs broker and a large fleet are both calculated at 20%. You commit to no volume; there is no quota.
Paid on collection, not on signature — Commission follows money into the bank, not ink on a contract. Your earnings are booked as your customer pays; chasing unpaid invoices and running collections is not your job.
Predictable for 24 months — Both the start and the end of the window are explicit per customer and dated in your panel. No hazy "lifetime" promise and no payment that stops without warning: 23 months of commission, then it ends.
You do not carry the currency risk — Each earning is fixed to TRY at the exchange rate of the day it is booked. Even if rates move during the holding period, you are paid the amount you saw on that day.
Every cent is visible, line by line — Your ledger states which customer, which period, which collection and which rate produced each amount. Activation fees and monthly commissions are listed as distinct types; cancellations and refunds appear as reversal lines rather than quietly disappearing.
One customer, 24 months, three stops
The whole model fits in one sentence: 2 months of the plan upfront, then 20% of every payment collected for 23 months, and the entitlement ends when the window closes.
The window opens on the 1st of the month of the first collection, not on the day of collection — so a subscription that starts on the 20th does not silently lose a month of commission.
Activation fee: monthly price × 2 — Triggered the moment your customer signs up and their first payment is collected. No commission is booked for that month — the activation fee is what that month pays, and it is many times a normal monthly commission.
A flat 20% on every collection — As the customer pays, 20% of the amount attributable to that month is booked to your ledger. An annual prepayment is not earned in one go; it is split across the months it covers. In total this produces 23 months of commission.
The window closes — From the end of month 24 onwards that customer's payments no longer produce commission. They stay a customer and remain visible in your panel, but they stop generating earnings. We say this upfront so the day payments stop is not a surprise.
From application to your first payout
The process is short and you follow every step from the panel.
Apply and get your panel straight away — Fill in the form, confirm your email address and your panel opens: you get your personal invitation link and can start reviewing the ready-made decks and demo accounts. No tax number, address or bank details are asked for at this stage.
Pass the review — A short check confirming who represents the brand and who we will be paying. Approval is what unlocks earnings; while the review is running you can keep using the panel and inviting prospects.
Introduce them with your invitation link — Share your personal link, or send an invitation in your name with the company details pre-filled. You can see from the same screen whether the invitation was opened, whether the signup was completed and whether a plan was bought.
Watch the earnings book, then request a payout — The activation fee is booked on the first collection and a 20% commission on every collection after that. Earnings become payable after a 14-day holding period; once your balance passes €50 you open a payout request.
Sales tools waiting in your panel
You do not have to build your own deck from scratch or track prospects by hand.
Personal invitation link — A short, shareable referral code that is yours. Every company arriving through the link is attributed to you automatically; nobody has to type a code. Attribution is set on the first click and locked on the first collection.
Invitations sent in your name — An invitation email sent on your behalf with the company name and address pre-filled. The prospect opens their own signup directly instead of hunting for a link, and you keep a record of who you wrote to and when.
Prospect tracking screen — One list showing whether the invitation was opened, whether the signup was completed, whether a plan was bought and when the account was last active. You look at data instead of guessing who to call.
Demo accounts with real-looking data — Log into the shipper, carrier and customs broker panels populated with realistic loads, quotes and documents. In front of a prospect you show a working system, not a screenshot.
Ready-made decks and sales material — Role-based presentations and sales documents are downloadable from the panel, and you are notified when new material is published. Because this material sits in the same vault as corporate files, it is only opened to approved affiliates.
Earnings ledger and payout requests — Activation fees and commissions are listed separately, each with its period. You define your bank details once, open a request when your balance passes €50, and follow its status (requested / in review / paid) from the panel.
How the money reaches you
An earning is booked, waits 14 days, becomes claimable once your balance passes €50, and is paid to your bank account. All four steps are visible in the panel; there is no hidden stage.
You define your bank account once — Account holder name and IBAN. Payments are only made to an account in your own name or your company's name; we do not pay third parties. The IBAN is validated for format as you type, so a mistyped digit surfaces then rather than on payout day.
A 14-day holding period — An earning is visible in your ledger the moment it is booked, but it is not immediately payable. The wait exists so refunds, card cancellations and chargebacks can settle — so that we never have to ask you to return money already paid.
You request a payout at €50 — Once your payable balance passes the threshold you create a payout request from the panel in one click. Anything below the threshold is not lost; it carries over. You follow the status (requested / in review / paid) on the same screen.
Documents and currency — Earnings are fixed to TRY at the rate of the day they are booked, and payment is made on that amount. Which document we will need from you (an invoice, a self-billed receipt or the local equivalent) depends on your legal status and country of registration, and is clarified during approval — long before your first payout.
Withholding for individual affiliates: 20% of the gross — For affiliates who join as individuals, 20% is withheld from the gross amount at payout and the net is paid; affiliates joining as companies have no such deduction. The rate shown here reflects our current practice, is not a statement of law, and may change as legislation changes. Please consult your own accountant about your personal tax position.
You already have the network. What is left is turning it into income.
You already know which carrier runs its operation on spreadsheets and which customs office is drowning in paperwork. Making the introduction costs you a conversation you were going to have anyway; in return you get cash in the first month and a share of every collection for the next 23 months. The application takes a minute, and you can see the whole panel before committing to anything.
Frequently asked questions
What exactly is the activation fee and when is it paid?
It is 2 times the monthly price of the plan the company you introduced has bought. It is booked to your ledger the moment that company signs up and its first payment is collected — signing a contract or issuing an invoice is not enough on its own; the money has to arrive. It is paid once per referral. No 20% commission is calculated on top for that first month: the activation fee is what that month pays, and it is many times the size of a normal monthly commission.
What makes the commission rate go up or down?
Nothing. The rate is a flat 20%, regardless of your portfolio size, your monthly sales figure, the plan the customer buys or the country you are in. There used to be a ladder that climbed as your portfolio grew; it was removed because most affiliates could not track which rate applied in which month, and predictability turned out to be worth more than a few points. Special cases (high-volume corporate partnerships) are agreed separately and show up in your panel as the rate applied.
When does the commission window start and when does it end?
The window opens on the 1st of the month in which we first collect from your customer, and runs for 24 months. Rounding the start to the first of the month is deliberate: it stops a subscription that begins on the 20th from losing a month of commission. The first month produces the activation fee, the following 23 months produce commission, and from the end of month 24 that customer's payments produce nothing further. You see the start and end dates for each customer individually in your panel.
If my customer pays a year upfront, do I get everything at once?
No. An annual prepayment is split across the twelve months it covers and each slice is earned in its own month. The activation fee is derived from that monthly slice too — 2 times the monthly amount, not 2 times the annual total. Paying upfront gives the customer a discount, so the base drops accordingly; commission is always calculated on money actually collected. Over time this keeps your income steady and predictable.
What happens if the customer cancels, gets a refund, or renews?
On cancellation there are no further collections, so no new commission arises; everything you have already earned stays yours. If a payment is refunded or reversed, only the earning tied to that collection is reversed and offset against future payouts; the ledger is never deleted, and the reversal is visible as its own line. If the payment that produced the activation fee is refunded, the activation is reversed the same way. If the customer renews the following year the activation fee is NOT paid again — it is once per referral; renewal payments produce normal commission for as long as the window is open.
Can I join as an individual, and how many customers do I need to bring?
Both are possible: individuals with a network in the sector join in their own name, while customs brokerages, carriers and consultancies join as companies. Commission terms are identical; the difference is only in payment and documentation — individual affiliates have withholding deducted from the gross at payout. There is NO minimum number of customers, monthly quota or volume commitment; even if you introduce a single company and never bring another prospect, you keep earning throughout that customer's window.
